She had two cigarette boxes next to her. Malboro brand. She didn’t look too glamorous.

The cameras are everywhere. The poor girl can’t get a moment of privacy. It’s a wonder they don’t have ways of getting photos of her while she’s on the toilet. You can be sure if they had opportunity they wouldn’t hesitate.
